In the remote Middle Fly district of Western Province is Papua New Guinea’s largest lake – a vast expanse of water featuring river tentacles that stretch out far into the jungle.
A place of untouched beauty and an abundance of wildlife, folklore has it the lake and its surrounding swamplands are also home to PNG’s very own Loch Ness-style monster.
